Recently, we brought together automotive engineers and designers to test new GKN Automotive technology, as part of GKN’s annual winter testing programme. We created a unique and memorable pop-up experience in the Arctic Circle in northern Sweden. The experience took place in extreme conditions on frozen test tracks, with just four hours of daylight to work in and temperatures reaching -30ºC. A Nordic chalet with views over the frozen lake welcomed the heads of design, engineering, and technology at the leading automotive brands, as well as journalists, bloggers, and influencers. We also created a permanent installation to showcase GKN Automotive's latest innovations, change the conversation, and facilitate collaboration.
