WILL YOU FAST-LANE THE MILLENNIALS’ EXPECTATIONS?

Do you fast-lane your guests? It’s about not letting opportunities pass them by.

WILL YOU FAST-LANE THE MILLENNIALS’ EXPECTATIONS?

Fast-laning isn’t about jumping the queue. It’s about abolishing the queue altogether. Or at least minimising it. For a Millennial audience, time isn’t just money, it’s about experiences and opportunities passing by. Why stand in a queue when technology can get you there quicker?

Can you give control to your audience?

This whole idea is about everything being controllable and achievable, quickly and efficiently. A bit like buying your coffee every day while going up the last escalator at the tube station. You use a simple app to order a cappuccino and croissant on the way to the local store at street level. When you get there, the transaction is complete and your order is waiting. It’s hot. It’s paid for. It’s ready to collect and go.

How will you simplify mundane logistics?

The experiences you create can be fast-laned too. The obstacles can be removed or simplified. Obstacles like registration, hotel check-in and locating the account manager at the booth. If it’s a B2C experience, there should be fun and quirky ways consumers can interact quickly with your brand, on their terms. How will you fast-lane your Millennials, whoever they are? How will you cut the slack, so they can understand the core of your offer quickly? How will you help them get to the brand immersion they expect?
